Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to delay the dispatch of any order. Sometimes further security checks will be needed to verify a payment and this may delay the order. We will contact you if there is a delay or an item is out of stock.
Delivery times are guidelines only. While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping time-frame.
We work closely with our curriers to minimize the potential impact of custom delays for our international customers.
Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
The period to make any exchange or return is 14 days from the receipt of the order.

- Order number
- Contact email
- Wether you want to make an exchange or return
- Reason why you need the exchange/refund
This information should also be included inside the package in a note so that we can identify your order.
We will then indicate the address you should send the package to.
All exchanges/returns must be notified through the email provided above in order to be processed correctly.
The client will take care of the shipping costs of the package to Neutrale as well as any additional customs charges.
